Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

Exchange and Return Policy (Online Shop)
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all Icona Boutique and designer garment tags still attached
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
To make a return, customers must completely fill out the Return Form.
Within 3 working days, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all the instructions on how to proceed to make the return. Customers must strictly follow these instructions.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned items to verify their integrity. If the items do not meet the above-mentioned return conditions, the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns.

If you need to send the purchases back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Icona Boutique account. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please send it back from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.
We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Icona Boutique. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Exchange and Return Policy (Boutique)
New, unused full-price merchandise purchased at our Boutique may be exchange with an original receipt within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the merchandise may not be exchanged.
We offer a no-refund policy on all merchandises, however, for merchandise qualifying for an exchange, item may be exchange for store credits which may be used at our Boutique only.
Merchandise on sale may be exchanged within 7 days. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, an exchange would not be allowed.
We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange without the original receipt.
